The Shopping Mall The first mall lies in Al Rehab’s first phase and is designed in a modern way that turns shopping into a truly pleasurable experience. In addition to the wide variety of goods on display, the family can enjoy the recreational facilities available. Those include a cinema, theatre, fair, restaurants and cafeterias. For more convenience, escalators connect the whole mall together and a parking lot is adjacent to it. The mall consists of 88 venues, varying in size between 8 m2-96 m2 and every shop has its own warehouse in addition to 2 restaurants and a supermarket. 25 venues are now actually operating, including the supermarket. The latter stretches over an area of 900 m2 and caters to all the residents needs. That in addition to the boutiques, hairdresser, and furniture shops. Within the next months, 60-70 more shops will open. The mall is equipped with an advanced fire alarm system. The Mall’s Goals: • Providing al shopping needs • Creating an enjoyable atmosphere through the recreational facilities and non-profit events that will be taking place. • Organizing birthday parties. • Starting up the projects such as the supermarket, cafeteria, and the Cairo 1920 restaurant. The Second Mall:
The second mall has a capacity of 199 shops and was designed to be on two floors in addition to the ground floor. The mall will have all the needed shops and entertainment facilities to make the shopping experience a pleasure for the whole family. A supermarket will be available on the ground floor of the mall and it will have specialized shops in the field of fashion clothes, sports, kids entertainment, in addition to restaurants and it is expected that the second mall will be open for the public on before the end of this summer.
